I enjoyed another wonderful day of celebrating Read Across America Week with Ms. Keelyn Rogers’ kindergarten class at South Jones Elementary School. These kiddos were such great listeners and brought the best energy this morning. It was so fun getting to hang out with them and share some stories together.📚

Getting to spend time with our future generation of leaders always means so much to me. As an upcoming journalist and Mississippi Miss Hospitality, I love encouraging young students to read, learn, and dream big. Moments like this are such a sweet reminder of how important it is to pour into the next generation.

Thank you to South Jones Elementary for welcoming me into your classroom today, and thank you to all of the schools who invited me to be part of your Read Across America Week. I’ve loved getting to spend time with so many wonderful students this week.❤️
