Where it started vs. how it’s going

A year ago, when I created the Magnolias and Mics podcast as Greene County Miss Hospitality, I had one goal in mind: to celebrate and highlight Mississippi’s best.

Now, as Mississippi Miss Hospitality, I’ve had the opportunity to do just that. It’s been an honor to sit down with the Miss Hospitality Class of 2026 and give them the chance to showcase their communities while taking our viewers on a virtual tour of our state.

I’m grateful to serve as Mississippi Miss Hospitality and even more grateful for the chance to connect with so many people through this platform and tell the stories that make a difference.

The final episode of the Miss Hospitality Series is officially here! 🎙️

This episode features Pike County Miss Hospitality, Carmen Dominguez. Carmen is a sophomore at Southwest Mississippi Community College majoring in pre-veterinary medicine.

She gave us a fun look into her corner of Mississippi, and I’m so glad we had the chance to sit down and chat.
